On May 17 and 24, 2025, our organization successfully held a two-day seminar-workshop entitled “Enhancing Leadership Competency”, exclusively designed for our Managers and Supervisors. The workshop was facilitated by Mr. Jesse Francis Rebustillo, a certified Fellow in People Management (FPM) and a seasoned leadership development expert.
This initiative aimed to strengthen leadership skills across all management levels, focusing on essential competencies such as strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, effective communication, VUCA and team empowerment.
Throughout the sessions, Mr. Jesse guided participants through dynamic lectures, interactive activities, self-assessments and real-life experiences. The workshop provided a platform for reflection, collaboration, and actionable learning, equipping our leaders with practical tools to navigate today’s complex organizational challenges.
Participants also developed their own Leadership Development Plans, reaffirming their commitment to continuous improvement and transformative leadership.
