On August 15, 2026, MM Steel hosted an onsite Mental Awareness Workshop in partnership with Cotton and Diaz and Alternative Healing Manila, drawing active participation from selected representatives from different departments.
The workshop provided participants with valuable knowledge and insights on the importance of mental well-being, understanding mental health concerns, and knowing how to provide appropriate support to colleagues. Through this initiative, MM Steel continues to strengthen awareness and encourage a workplace culture where employees feel supported, understood, and empowered.
Following the success of this workshop, MM Steel plans to continue offering wellness initiatives and resources to support employees across all departments.
