On April 10, 2026, MM Steel organized a barbecue gathering as a gesture of appreciation for the continued hard work and dedication of its employees, while also recognizing Mr. Yamaguchi for his valuable contributions and commitment to the company. In consideration of the challenges and economic pressures affecting employees’ daily lives, including rising fuel and living costs, the event was designed to provide opportunities for stress relief, relaxation, and renewed motivation.
The gathering allowed employees and colleagues to take a well-deserved break from their daily responsibilities. It also provided an opportunity to share meals, strengthen camaraderie, and build stronger connections through meaningful interaction. The program further aimed to encourage employees to get to know one another better and foster stronger interpersonal relationships within the organization.
